As I sign up for Cravyy as a merchant, what can I expect?
Sign up for Cravyy by filling out the form or contacting sales. As you enroll, you'll create a Cravyy username and password, choose an order method, input store settings, add menu items, select pricing, and connect your bank account.
What are the pricing plan differences?
Pricing plans differ based on the level of built-in marketing included. The "Basic" includes core marketing tools at 15% delivery commission and 6% pickup commission. The "Plus" plan adds expanded delivery area at 25% delivery commission. The "Premier" plan includes all benefits plus growth guarantee at 30% delivery commission.
Does Cravyy charge any other fees?
Cravyy does not charge an activation fee, subscription fee, software fee, cancellation fee, contract fee, or any hidden fees. However, certain fees may be applicable for additional products or services as you opt in.
How quickly will I get paid?
Merchant partners can either choose to receive a weekly direct deposit from Cravyy or opt in to daily payouts at no charge.
